The project covers the entire implementation cycle, from the design of the delivery architecture to operational deployment and skills transfer.
The mission includes in particular:
- The definition of the transport and distribution architecture of flows (MPEG-TS over IP, RTP/UDP protocols, multicast), with redundancy mechanisms and automatic switching (2022-7);
- The sizing of encoders and servers, taking into account bandwidth, QoS (Quality of Service) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) constraints;
- The selection and integration of data center equipment and infrastructure, with the implementation of redundant links and high availability;
- The integration of monitoring and supervision systems (QoE/QoS probes, MPEG-TS analyzers) in order to guarantee traceability and continuity of service;
- Support for RMC-BFM teams during the testing and operational acceptance phases, production launch, then the transfer of skills for autonomous operation of the platform.
